  • Another update on this digital drawing. Both Epona and Link has gotten details and Anatomy updates and I have been working more on the background. This might actually be a finished drawing before the end of the summer!

  • Day 3, Transmission 4. The War is going badly. I might actually have to shower and clean before we can have another try at Left 4 Dead 2.

It was fun. Me, my girlfriend and her sister picking up the fight against the Zombie hoard for survival. Exchanging Controls at Game Over to always have a fresh player in the 2 player local co-op mode (I don’t remember the name of the gaming mode).

Being new at these kind of game, my girlfriends sister was quite good. To bad it did not help, as Normal seems to be to hard for us. Easy might be the only way to go.

  • left-4-dead-2-01_web3Yesterday when I was playing Left 4 Dead 2 Demo with my girlfriend and her brother I got cravings of buying the game. I thought, either I save the money I got for a new Computer Screen or I use them to buy a Action game, a first scene about  2008.

I got Online looking for a good price as I did not want the price to supersede 500 SEK (about $70, often new games costs 599 SEK /$84 new in Sweden) and I found a good one at Webhallen.com (a good Swedish Online store). That was all I needed, so orderd it Online, choose to get it in their store in the city and went in to get it by Bus.

Left 4 Dead 2 is my first game on the Xbox 360 and maybe the first FPS game I have bought since Red Steel for the Wii. I have been mainly a Wii supporter and I prefer the Wii controls for shooting games. But when one wants to buy a good Action game for Wii, a Shooter driven game that ain’t a War game or a On Rail Shooter, then there is not much to choose from. Even less or maybe none at all if one wants co-op!

But I guess I have come to realize that the game (any game) is more important then what platform or console it is on when one wants to play it.

There Is still hope for Wii if High Voltage Studios can find a publisher for their game The Grinder.

This is the second [edit: actually third] post and the second day of 2010. Whatever I do this year, I’m going to much of it as It feels like I haven’t done as much as I would have liked in 2009.
