- Thanos Standing
- Posted on May 12, 2018
Fan-Art, comic book version of Thanos from Marvel Comics. The character is probably now more known from The Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially the latest Avengers movie Infinity War where he is the main villain. This is possibly my first Thanos drawing. It is mostly done, but I might redraw him a bit in the future. Made in Clip Studio Paint on my Wacom Intuos 4L drawing tablet.

- Frustration when creating Art
- Posted on September 17, 2017
First I paint a outline of what I want. Then I click on creating a new layer and I start to draw over what I have painted. When I first try to erase lines and paint disappears and I know no new layer has been created and I let my frustrations go out in some kind of noise that makes my girlfriend wonder whats up and I have to explain. When I’m clam I think no worries, I will draw over the old stuff in a new layer that I make sure is created and active. The drawing goes well… Until my computer screen goes black and the music from my Spotify Discover Weekly list stops. First I think maybe more things around me are affected, but no, the lights are still on. I look at the power light on my computer and it’s on and the computer screen is still black. Soon after I see on my right screen that the computer is starting up again. I think that is the first time something like that happens without a Blue Screen type of thing. There is no save of my work so I have to start from the beginning again. I guess I will be up late trying to recreate something.
- Working on something

This Artwork is based on a old drawing that I have made. More on it later.
- Changes and fixes

Things will be a bit crazy here for a while. I have had big problems with the site that has made it almost impossible to post Art and updates. I have deleted the old site and I’m now taking time to put things together from the old site, my Beta site and some new stuff. That means this site will be a unfinished work in progress for a while. I’m also using a theme that is of my own design with the idea that it will fit my Art and content better, both current and future content. The theme has a lot of work to before it is done, but I can’t stand the ordinary WordPress themes or other free themes built for other kinds of content anymore and I want my home on the web back on track. 🙂
I also have an idea of posting things beyond Art, but still have some kind of connection to it. We will see what the future beholds! So long friends.
- Spider-Man and Spider-Woman kissing
- Posted on March 15, 2015
Now we are getting close to the final Art. I might add Spider-Woman’s other hand (somewhere), tweak hair, lines, shading and light. Things that will make this image look even better. I wonder if I might loose viewers not waiting for a more final version? But then again, this is as close to final I have ever come (even counting in finished ones) and I will strive to as close or closer when I create new Art.
Painted and Line Art versions made in Manga Studio 5 and I have been drawing them on my Intuos 4L tablet.
The Art is based on a older version on this Superhero kissing theme with the same characters. You can see it here below. I hope you like the newer ones best! 🙂

- A Sorceress as it is now
- Posted on January 19, 2015
I made a little GIF-animation on my progress. I did not save the progress earlier because I did not know if it was going anywhere and then I was all up in it. I think I will make more progress “videos” and save more steps. If it works out good I might capture to video while I draw and upload it to YouTube.
This is a Original Character of mine. I came up with a name, but it was already in use so I will just call her Sorceress for now. She is drawn in Manga Studio 5 in a few layers and the final lines are Vector lines as it gives me the ability to edit lines instead of only redrawing them. I don’t know how much more I’m going to work on her. I’m more happy with her body now then before, but the new leg pose does not feel better.

- Isometric drawings

There are more ways to draw environments and backgrounds then in perspective. Like Isometric drawing. Click on the images for bigger size and you can see the Grid I’m using to draw these.
If I create comics I think I’m going to use Isometric drawing for some of the backgrounds because I like the look of some Isometric backgrounds I have seen and the Grid helps a lot to show where to draw the lines. It also makes it more easy to emulate Game Art.
Made in Manga Studio 5 with the size A4 600 PPI using the Grid tool and Snap to Grid where I created my own Isometric Grid.
- Work in progress on Agent Coulson from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D
- Posted on May 12, 2014
Agent Coulson Fan Art. My favorite character on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I hope I have done the Actor Clark Gregg some justice when trying to capture his likeness.
I think I will give him at least one more update and then color him. I will do more Fan Art based on TV-Shows that I like. Actually drawing real people and not just Comic Book based characters is good training.
This has been done in Manga Studio 5 with my Wacom Intuos 4L drawing tablet.
- Progression of a Dark Knight Batman drawing

I’m thinking of putting this one up for sale when it’s done and have it printed out on a poster or a canvas.

Perspective drawing training. This is a one point perspective drawing and I’m trying to add more details and stuff to the room.
