• Agent Crossgreen ready for Action

  • Manga Studio, Wacom Intuos 4L tablet. Agent Crossgreen is a Original Character of mine that I might make into a comic in the future.

  • Agent Crossgreen – Stairs
  • Posted on February 26, 2014
  • I think a bit of flat colors shows areas that needs more work, so maybe it ain’t so bad coloring early.

Line work. This is done in Manga Studio 5 with 1 point perspective tool active. I think making this drawing was more important than getting it right. The stairs looks a bit off to me.

    More later.

  • Manga Studio and SketchUp images

  • Here you can see some of the things I’m working on right now.

The last one is from SketchUp. I’m buiding a scene in a Castle bedroom.

  • First Manga Studio drawing – Agent Crossgreen Running
  • Posted on December 27, 2013
  • I am not exclusive to ArtRage anymore thanks to my girlfriend who bought me Manga Studio 5. Thank you darling! 😀

Except for a minor test for about a minute or so, this is my first real drawing in Manga Studio. This is done over a manipulated 3D figure I have posed. More of this will come later.

  • A Agent Crossgreen Line Art update
  • Posted on January 17, 2013
  • This is a Line Art update only where I have fixed anatomy issues and details. Made in ArtRage 3.5 Studio with my Wacom Intuos 4L tablet.

Agent Crossgreen is one of my own Original Characters and I have created her to be a Spy and a Comic Book Hero.

  • Early Agent Crossgreen color test
  • Posted on December 15, 2012
  • This is a early watercolor test in ArtRage Studio Pro. The final result might be far away from this in both drawing and color.

In 2013 I think much of my work will be in perspective and color. I want to work much with watercolor and make it look real in ArtRage. Maybe I will even print or capture digital Line Art to canvas and paint with real watercolor.

  • A new Agent Crossgreen drawing I'm working on

I call this one Agent Crossgreen – This was also in the job description. It’s based on a scene from the Avengers movie with Black Widow. But I think things will be a bit different here. Gangsters have captured Crossgreen and are in the process of interrogating her.

Until the next update I will fix as many flaws as I can with the help of reference images.

Agent Crossgreen is one of my Original Characters and my plan is to put her in all kinds of situations and where I can’t come up with totally original ones I will base them on scenes from Comics and Movies. I think it will be a good way to level up my skills if I one day want to draw comics.

This one is drawn in ArtRage Studio Pro (Yes, I just updated to the Pro version and I love the new selection tools!). This is probably my best 2 point perspective drawing to date.

  • Agent Crossgreen has a background
  • Posted on November 19, 2012
  • Fan Art is fun to draw because it’s easy, one does not have to come up with designs for the characters and so on. But with Original Characters you can do so many more things with them and you mostly own the rights for what you create your self.

This is Agent Crossgreen, she is a operative and a spy just like Black Widow and Spider Woman of Marvel Universe. But Agent Crossgreen has a bad temper and does not let anyone stand in her way for very long. She has short green hair, she is strong for a woman but not superhuman. She is good at fighting and she does everything to win the fight, especially if it’s ugly. She is also a part time Super Hero, or Super Defender?

Created in ArtRage Studio as usual with a perspective grid made from SketchUp. Thanks to the grid I saw some flaws and was able to add more details to Crossgreen and I think the background makes her look even better! I think this one is near finished now. It still needs more details to Agent Crossgreen’s costume and other fixes. I’m not sure yet what colors the costume should have.

This one here has a perspective grid and horizontal line on. I will experiment more with grids, maybe use them on drawings I’m already working on.
