I have updated my own Elf character Blue Elf. Not much of a name, but I needed one for my save file. 🙂

It has been ages since I updated this drawing last time and it’s still not finished. Well, most of her is I guess, but I don’t know what to do with the chain and the background.

Oh, and Blue Elf is a small bit less naked now.

This is a old project of mine where my goal was to make a very good looking Fantasy drawing of a female warrior elf and make her and her armor very detailed. When colored and done she was suppose to be one of my best works, if not the best! Even through she had some nice features, I could not follow through making her as good as I planned, so I abandoned the project and started working with other drawings that did fare a lot better, like my The Legend of Zelda drawing: Link Riding Epona To Action which you can find the latest version in Line Art Portfolio.

Recently I decided to make another try on her. This time, thanks to new skills my wish is getting closer to reality.

With this warrior girl I wanted to portray Elf’s as more technological then they are used to. In my mind Elf’s are somewhat stronger then Humans and they use armor and battle gear to give them even more edge against humans and other spices.  Her sword is technomagical. The blade is not permanent, but actually activated and thus appear out of thin air. The Shield has a built in camera on the front and a screen on the backside to more easily give cover. Her armor makes her stronger. It can also light up the dark. Still the armor does hardly weight anything. More things will come to light closer to finished.

This Art Work is made in Art Rage 3 Studio, one of the best drawing and painting programs around and with one of the best drawing tablets, Wacom Intuos4L.

The older version of this drawing seems to have fallen of this site. I will re add it later.

How about something allmost new? Still a Elf, but no Link from the Legend Of Zelda Fan Art, that should be in the previous post. This is a drawing I started last year and now I have been working on it a bit more.

She is a Warrior Elf. As I see it, all Elfs are much stronger then the average Human and Blue Elf is much stronger. As often, this is drawn in ArtRage 3 Studio with my Intuos 4L tablet.

Back with new drawings. This time only one is drawn in ArtRage 3 Studio and that’s the Darth Vader drawing. The second one is drawn in a new program I recently found, SmoothDraw! More about SmoothDraw in a later post.

Vader needs some work with legs and arms, but a better try then my last one.

Now, two drawings from Old Drawings portfolio craving some attention!

The last two are old good led pen drawings on paper.
